For orders covered by the updated policy, AED 20 is deducted from an approved refund for JOANNA-arranged returns. Do not pay the courier separately.
Item condition
Unworn or unused, with tags, original packaging and proof of purchase. Exclusions apply.
How do I start?
- Open the order in your JOANNA account and select Request return where available, or contact our team.
- Wait for approval and return instructions before sending anything.
- After receipt and inspection, we will notify you of the refund decision.
