Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase! If something isn’t quite right, here’s how you can return it:


1. Return Window

Items must be returned within 15 days from the order date. Returns requested after this period will not be accepted.

Please provide your order number and reason for return when reaching out.


3. Return Shipping

  • Your first return is FREE.

  • For any additional returns, return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

We will provide the return instructions once your request is approved.


4. Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you need a different size or item, please return the original product and place a new order.


5. Conditions for Return

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Returns that do not meet these conditions may be rejected.


6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll issue your refund to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank.
